Here is how this works in practice. We deliver online conform and quality control that rebuilds the edited sequence at full resolution, integrates color, VFX, titles and audio, and inspects the finished master frame by frame for tech errors. The Netherlands is an EBU member, so QC checks broadcast deliverables for NPO and the commercial networks RTL Nederland and Talpa Network against EBU R128 loudness and EBU tech specs, while theatrical and festival masters follow DCI cinema standards for release through the Global Film Festival Rotterdam and the Global Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam. Netflix runs its EMEA hub from Amsterdam, so conform and QC against streaming-sites delivery specs is routine work for Dutch facilities.
