Filming in the Netherlands often means working with private homeowners in Amsterdam's canal ring, heritage-property custodians, firms, or operators of today's landmarks in Rotterdam and The Hague — each with different concerns and expectations.

Here is the breakdown. We make sure agreements protect both the production and the location, defining exactly what is permitted so there is no ambiguity on the shoot day. All records can be handled in English. This suits global shoots in a country where English proficiency is near-universal.

Here is the short of it. Location agreements in the Netherlands also have to align with the wider permit and rules. A signed agreement with a property owner does not replace the filming permit issued by the city.
