Here is how this works in practice. We manage health-and-safety compliance so shoots can film responsibly and protect all on set. Our team prepares risk assessments for each location and activity, develops method statements for higher-risk work, briefs crew, and makes sure the right safety staff, gear and procedures are in place. The Netherlands applies EU and national workplace-safety law. The Dutch film-industry collective labour agreement (the CAO) sets working-hour, turnaround and break entitlements that are themselves a safety control — we plan schedules so they are respected.

Here is the breakdown. We address the specific hazards of Dutch shoots: work on or near water along the canals, polders and the Wadden Sea. Confined and structurally sensitive interiors in historic canal houses. Exposed exterior conditions where the windy maritime climate becomes a safety factor. Here is the short of it. Compliance also extends to pro activities and the wider regulatory picture. Drone and aerial filming falls under EU and EASA rules administered by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (the ILT), with operator authorisation and risk assessment needed before any flight. Stunts, special effects, water work and night shoots each carry their own controls, and we plan and document them to match.
