Pitch Deck & Treatment Design

Here is how this works in practice. We design pitch decks that present a project clearly and persuasively to the people who decide whether it gets made. Our team works with producers, directors and writers to structure the deck — logline, synopsis, tone and vision, characters, visual references, target audience, market positioning, team and budget summary — and to give it a pro design that reflects the project's identity.

A pitch deck has to do two jobs at once: communicate the creative idea and show that the project is viable, and we balance both. We tailor each deck to its audience, whether that is a TV networks, a sales agent, a brand client or a public funder, and we refine the narrative until the proposition is sharp. Decks are produced in English as standard. This suits both Dutch and global financiers given the country's top English proficiency.

Here is the short of it. In the Netherlands, pitch decks are often aimed at a structured funding ecosystem, and we design with that in mind. The Netherlands Film Fund (Nederlands Filmfonds) supports projects from development onward, NPO and the CoBO co-production fund co-finance Dutch features, and regional funds such as the Rotterdam Media Fund add further routes — each with its own priorities a deck should address.

Here is the breakdown. Festivals matter too: the Global Film Festival Rotterdam and IDFA, the world's largest documentary festival, are key marketplaces where a strong deck opens doors. The country' record of three Best Foreign Language Film Oscars and a worldwide respected documentary culture sets a high bar for ambition. We bring that context into the design, helping shoots present a deck that is credible, distinctive and aligned with what Dutch and global financiers actually look for.
